Important for non-EU orders:
International shipments outside the European Union might incur additional taxes, duties or customs fees. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.If you refuse to receive your order because of customs fees, your order will be returned and you will not receive a refund for shipment costs. This only applies to non-EU orders.
Delivery times
The delivery periods are calculated from payment confirmation. Orders are prepared and dispatched on working days from Monday to Friday.

Free shipping for purchases of over 1000€
Corentin Christian offers delivery on purchases of over 1000€ and this will automatically be applied on the website.
Free delivery will be applied to your order once you have completed your purchase.
Delivery status
All orders are shipped from our Atelier in Barcelona within 4-5 working days. Indeed, every piece is made the moment your order. Once your package is shipped you will receive a confirmation e-mail.
Shipping and collection
During the registration process at www.corentinchristian.com you will be required to register or provide your personal address information. The package will be delivered to the address you have stated as your delivery address. If you wish us to ship your package to an alternative address please state that address in the checkout process. If you wish to send products to more than one address, please place one order for each address. You will be charged for shipping with each order. A tracking number will be provided upon request. This number will allow you to track your package at all times.
Important information
We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched. Delivery times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays due to customs clearance.
Returns and changes
We accept returns and changes except made-to-order & bespoke (made-to-measure) garments, during a return period to 14 days.
Customers will be liable to pay return shipping costs and any duty costs, if they are applied.
We cannot exchange returned products for another size or item. You should place a new order if you wish to buy another product or change the size.
Contact us as soon as possible at hello@corentinchristian.com to request the return label forms.
Returns will only be accepted if items are in perfect condition and fully intact original packaging.
We will not compensate for lost parcels during the return process.
Please note again that made-to-order or bespoke garments cannot be returned. The money will not be refunded for these returned items. Please note that we do not accept the return of sale products.
Refunds
You will receive your refund solely on ready-to-wear garments in 10 calendar days from receipt of product in our Atelier, once the items have been checked to ensure they are in the same condition as when they were shipped.
